We’re excited to be sharing some changes we’ve recently pushed for our Website Backups product.

If you’re not familiar with this feature, Sucuri Website Backups allow you to completely backup your files and database in our secure infrastructure. In a worst-case scenario, where files or databases are overwritten or deleted, these backups make it easy to restore your website to its previous condition. By backing up your website, you ensure that you’re covered in the event of a critical failure.

Sucuri Monitoring Dashboard Update

We are happy to share some big changes to the monitoring dashboard. The Sucuri Platform features a monitoring dashboard that provides information regarding the security of your website.

If you’re not familiar with the monitoring piece of our platform, it’s a cloud-based Intrusion Detection System (IDS) built on the concept of a Network-Based Integrity Monitoring System (NBIMS). The monitoring platform is a remote and local (server-side) continuous scanning engine, providing near real-time visibility into the security state of a website by analyzing changes to uptime status, website content, DNS, WHOIS, and SSL records, as well as checking blacklist reports from authorities like Google.
